COFFEE TALKS : Holiday Drinks 200 Cal. or less

Can you believe the Holidays are already here?! 2018 is almost over, and I just can’t believe how fast time just flies by the older I get. But as I enjoy the last month and half of this year, I will be doing it with a Starbucks in hand, no doubt. Like I’m sure most of you will be doing too.

This is the best time of year for sooo many things EXCEPT my diet. (I’m sure I’m not alone in that.) So I wanted to put together a little guide on how you can drink all the Starbucks you want WHILE NOT racking up the calories. I know they’re good and almost like a dessert in a cup, but no one wants to drink all their calories, especially when there are so many holiday treats around to eat!

I know a lot about coffee and different types of drinks, so I tried to explain and make it easy for everyone to understand and order too. (Not just the Gold Star Starbucks Members.)

Hot / Iced caffeine Drinks —

Latte — Milk Based w/ Espresso*

Toasted White Mocha : Tall non-fat latte (102) with 1 pump of Toasted White Mocha(60).

Peppermint Mocha : Tall non-fat latte (102) with 2 pumps of Mocha (50) & 1 pump of Peppermint(20).

Caramel Brûlée Latte : Tall non-fat latte (102) with 1 pump of Caramel Brûlée (70).

*Decaf is available

Americano — Water Based w/ Espresso*

Tall (10), Grande (15), Venti (25)

Toasted White Mocha : Any size with 2 pumps of Toasted White Mocha (120) with Half & Half (40 Cal per 2 Tbsp).

Peppermint Mocha : Any size with 2 pumps of Mocha (50) & 2 pumps of Peppermint (40) with Half & Half (40 Cal per 2 Tbsp).

Caramel Brûlée : Any size with 2 pumps of Caramel Brûlée(140) with Half & Half (40 Cal per 2 Tbsp).

*Decaf is available

Coffee —

Tall (5), Grande (5), Venti (5)

Toasted White Mocha : Any size with 2 pumps of Toasted White Mocha (120) with Half & Half (40 Cal per 2 Tbsp).

Peppermint Mocha : Any size with 2 pumps of Mocha (50) & 2 pumps of Peppermint (40) with Half & Half (40 Cal per 2 Tbsp).

Caramel Brûlée : Any size with 2 pumps of Caramel Brûlée (140) with Half & Half (40 Cal per 2 Tbsp).


NON - Espresso Hot Drinks —

Toasted White Hot Chocolate : Tall non-fat hot chocolate (100) with 1 pump Toasted White Mocha (60).

Peppermint Hot Chocolate : Tall non-fat hot chocolate (100) with 2 pumps of Mocha (50) & 1 pump of Peppermint (20).


My Favorites —

Tall Doppio (double shot, 11) with 1 pump of White Chocolate Mocha (60) & 1 pump of Peppermint (20) with steamed Half & Half (40).

Tall Doppio (11) over ice with 1 pump of Toasted White Mocha (60) & 1 pump of Toffee Nut (20) with Half & Half (40).
